Day 1: Huaraz - Chiquián - Matacancha (4,200 m.)

It starts with a bus to reach the highest point of the road Conococha (4,100 m.), where a part of this spectacular snow-capped mountains can be seen to take the detour that leads Chiquián City, 2 1/2 hrs .Continuing the descent along the Pativilca river, landscape rather dry, cactus of all species, altitude 2,700 m. After a long climb through the villages of Llamac, Pocpa and Palca, making a total of 4-5 hours away.

DAY 2: Collado de Sambunya (4,800 mts.) - Laguna Jahuacocha

Continuing along the path of the North West side by a small stream and then climb slowly up the hill and see part of the magnitude of the Huayhuash mountain range and descent to the camp on the edge of the lagoon Jahuacocha. 7 hours.

DAY 3: Collado Cowgirl - Cashpapampa

Bella step, easy to move to the south side of the Cordillera de Huayhuash point where condors can be seen (with any luck) Collado.

Descent to the camp, five hours.

DAY 4: Cashpapampa - Llamac

Easy stage 5 hours descent on a zigzagging path and then climb to reach a small col and descend to the village of Llamac, camp.

DAY 5: Llamac - Chiquián - Huaraz

Return by bus arriving first Chiquián City and then to the city of Huaraz.
