DAY 1: HUARAZ / VAQUERIA: In Huaraz, the road goes north along the Callejon de Huaylas, Yungay after we entered, up to Llanganuco in Huascarán National Park, watching two lagoons, Chinancocha and Orconcocha. Up the road that leads to the Paso de Portachuelo de Llanganuco (4,750 mts.) And descending to the valley is Morococha where Vaqueria camp.
DAY 2: VAQUERIA / TUCTU: A long day of hiking. The road passes through the valley of Huaripampa, meadows and forests Quenuales the end of the valley, Nevado Taulliraju currency (5,830) reaching Tuctu / Campamento.
DAY 3: TUCTU / Huecrococha: the ascent to Alto de Pucaraju Pass (4,600 meters) where this viewpoint allows you to see the snow-capped mountains of the Cordillera Blanca starts. From there the descent continues for a large valley that was part of the Inca Trail, reaching the lake Huecrococha / Campamento.
DAY 4: Huecrococha / JANCAPAMPA: Entering a valley that goes to Tupa Tupa Pass (4,500 meters), getting excellent views of Taulliraju and ridges of Pucahirca. The road descends into the depths of the gorge reaching Jancapampa, located under the Pucahirca / Campamento.
DAY 5: JANCAPAMPA / HUILCA: Walking in the valley and going for a climb that goes to a plateau where sometimes you can see Alpacas, approaching the Paso Grande or Jatun (4830 m), climbing this wall that is part of Pucahirca going across to Huilca / Campamento.
DAY 6: HUILCA / MOYOBAMBA: The day begins with a walk to the end of the gorge of Huilca. The road turns to Safuna area where the ascent to the Paso de Moyobamba (4600 mts) begins, descending the valley beneath Step Face / Cara Camp.
DAY 7: MOYOBAMBA / JANCARURISH: This day out is to Cara Cara Pass (4800 mts). This step is one of the highlights of the trip. Once you reach the pass, you have a great view of this section of the mountains, the Quitaraju and Santa Cruz, which will be in front of us during the descent. On the left side the Jancarurish and Alpamayo (5947 m.). Then enter the Quebrada de Cedros / Campamento.
DAY 8: JANCARURISH / OSO RURI: Early morning descry from the camp Alpamayo and as the road continues, disappears the sight of this wonderful mountain, starting the climb to Ruri and Bear Pass (4630 mts.) since this will be the Cordillera Blanca and if the sky is cloudless afternoon will have a great sunset. Camp.
DAY 9: OSO RURI / Huishcash: Today begins the climb to the Paso de Toro Pishta (4700 m), passing through the lagoon Cullicocha appreciate having a turquoise, surrounded by snowcapped mountains of Santa Cruz. Following the road, we leave the area of the Cordillera Blanca. Then we dirijimos to Huishcash, seeing the front the Cordillera Negra and the various towns such as Huaylas / Campamento.
DAY 10: Huishcash / HUALCAYAN / HUARAZ: start early walk down the valley towards Hualcayan, located next to an archaeological site. As the road descends you will have the view of the Callejon de Huaylas, reaching Hualcayan and heading Caraz, and ending in the town of Huaraz.
